As a Garage Door Service provider, we operate a referral call center. We refer end users' requirements for services to other contractors specialized in the Garage Doors contractors trade ("Other Contractor/s")..

Authorization to forward the service

When you provide us with your personal details required for the execution of the service to you, such as, but not limited to, name, address, and telephone number, you authorize us to forward the execution of the service and your personal details to Other Contractors.

Service by Other Contractors

Other Contractor to whom we shall refer your service call acts as an Independent contractor, not our agent, employee or franchisee. You will be invoiced by and pay to the

Other Contractor.

Warranties for services provided to you will be given by the Other Contractor only.

Our company name on this website is NOT our legal name and we use it ONLY for advertising purposes.

Limitation of liability

We (together with our officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and providers) will not be responsible or liable for

a) Any damages that may be caused to your property as the result of service or work: provided to you by Other Contractor to whom we forwarded the service.

b) Any injury, death, loss, claim, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict or otherwise, that arise strict liability or out of or is in any way connected with: (1) out of any use of Our Website; or (iii) the performance or non-performance by us or any contractor, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.

 

Warranty disclaimer

We shall refer Jobs to Other Contractors and in such event: a) We expressly disclaim all warranties of

any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, work quality, service quality or products quality. b) We make no warranty, and expressly disclaim any obligation, that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations or requirements.

Assignment

We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms without such assignment being considered change to the Terms and without notice to you.
